Jenny is passionate about Colour and has been a Colour Healer for many years.

Jenny has written for local magazines on Colour and Colour Healing.

She is also working as a Colour Breathing practitioner/teacher,taking

Practioner workshops and helping to bring Colour Breathing into Schools,

and the Workplace and helping Clients on an individual basis to deal with Stress, Anxiety and many other difficulties they they may present.

 Anna is a gifted Medium,Healer and Teacher.Anna has a lot of experience

working One to One with Clients as well as running Meditation/Development

groups.She also helped set up the First Steps Workshops.

Her work focuses on improving the Emotional and Spiritual wellbeing of her

Clients allowing them to see and gain a clearer understanding of thier lifes path
